We will send you an inscription form recapitulating the details of your programme. Please, return it to the following address with a deposit for 30% of the total amount of the holiday.

Prices:
All included: the price indicated includes the services of one or more mountain guides, accommodation in huts or hotels, food and transport from our meeting point. It does not include the possible hiring of personal equipment (specified at the time of the inscription), the farewell dinner, drinks and personal expenses, insurance for cancellation, theft and repatriation.
Guide fees + fixed charges: the price indicated, includes only the guidance expenses. All other expenses (ski lift, accommodation, food and transport) will depend on the program and on your particular wishes. Those extra expenses can be calculated and given to you in answer to your request details form. All the participants must share the guide’s expenses.

Meeting point:
Airport: we take care of the entire organisation for the duration of your stay, including transport from airport to airport.  Depending on the programme, you can land either in Geneva (Switzerland), or in Lyon St Exupery (France).
On the spot: the meeting point is on the site of the activity. Under request, according to the number of participants and their location, we will organize a joint voyage. In this case, the participants share guides transportation.

Payment:
At the time of your inscription, you will need to pay 30% of the total price of the trip, which constitutes a reservation only on the condition that places are available. The balance is required one month before the departure date.

Cancellation:
Cancellation of your participation: the amount per person of the sum retained on refund is outlined below. More than 30 days before the departure, you will be refunded the cost of the holiday minus 75 euros dossier charges. The sum retained for cancellation made later that 30 days before departure are as follows:
- 30 to 21 days: 25%,
- 20 to days: 50%,
- 7 to 2 days: 75%,
- Less than 2 days: 90%.
Cancellation by Antipodes: if Antipodes is forced to cancel a programme for whatever reason, the participants will be completely refunded without being able to claim with any compensation. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the programme will be cancelled. However, if the all participants agree to pay additional charges the programme can run.

Responsibility:
The guides of Antipodes are insured for Professional Civil Responsibility, but this does not replace the individual Civil Responsibility insurance that each participant must have. We also advise you to take out a policy to cover you in the event of rescue or search, or to check that your insurance policy covers such expenses (and to an adequate amount).
