Summer : just a 5 meters run, assisting your instructor to give the necessary speed for take off.
Winter : if you ski just put your ski straight , if you don't ski you will sit on a sledge and your instructor will organise the take off.
We have a handisport chair that we can use both in winter and summer. And now, just relax and enjoy the scenery, your instructor takes care of everything.
